Gera, Office Manager
Gera brings 17+ years of experience to our team, all of which have been spent right here at Dedicated Dentistry! She started as a Dental Assistant where she first got to know our patients. She started working as a Treatment Coordinator when she started her family and was promoted in 2016 to Office Manager. She still very much enjoys going back and assisting when she is needed, however she enjoys catching up with patients while they wait for their appointments up front. Her mission is to make sure that our patients have a great experience from check-in to checkout.
A Lakewood native, she has a young son and daughter and two rambunctious cats named Stash and Tuxie. She likes to spend her weekends shopping, going to concerts, barbecuing, and enjoying the outdoors.
Maddie, Treatment Coordinator
To Maddie, dentistry isn’t just about teeth, but people! She loves the social aspect of her job, whether she’s greeting new patients, catching up with returning ones, or laughing with coworkers. She is originally from Lakewood, Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science.
Her favorite thing to do on the weekends is to spend time with friends and family, enjoy the outdoors, and watch sports. She is a big animal lover and likes to travel. She had the opportunity to study abroad in Florence, Italy and hopes to take another trip to Europe very soon!
Brenda, Registered Dental Hygienist
Brenda has an amazing 40+ years of experience in dentistry, and she has used that time to help people regain healthy smiles so they can always laugh confidently. She was trained at William Raney Harper College and has certifications in local anesthesia, soft tissue laser therapy, and CPR.
Originally from Minnesota, Brenda likes to cook, with soups, sauces, and desserts being her specialties. This is largely appreciated by her three grown children, and she currently lives with two dogs—a Bernese Mountain dog as well as a Golden Retriever. When she isn’t cuddling with them, she likes to be outdoors and relax near the water.
Rochelle, Dental Hygienist
Rochelle has an impressive 35+ years of dental experience, and she says that the best part of her job is helping people maintain their health while she gives them a confident smile. Being a native Coloradan, she graduated from Bear Creek High School and attended Idaho State University where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene along with certifications in nitrous oxide and local anesthetic.
Rochelle wears a lot of hats outside of the dental office. She is a mother of two teenage boys, a pet owner, and a licensed real estate broker-owner. With her limited free time, she likes to hike, ski, watch sports, and attend Zumba classes.
Aimee, Dental Hygienist
Aimee joined Dedicated Dentistry in March 2025, bringing 35 years of dental experience to our team. Starting as a dental assistant in high school, she's worked in orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry before focusing on hygiene. She holds a Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene from Community College of Denver with certifications in local anesthesia, laser therapy, CPR, and radiology.
Originally from McHenry, Illinois, Aimee loves helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling with her 15-year-old daughter Olivia and caring for her two dogs: Willie, a 17-year-old lab mix, and Ruby, a dachshund puppy. Her creative pursuits include crafting, cooking, and outdoor activities. Fun fact: Aimee owns about 60 pairs of Converse shoes, though many remain unworn!
Jenn, Expanded Duty Dental Assistant
Jenn brings two years of valuable experience to her role as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant at Dedicated Dentistry. A graduate of Denver Dental Assisting School with X-Ray certification, she specializes in general dentistry and Invisalign treatments, continuously expanding her expertise through continuing education in Invisalign protocols and crown staining techniques.
As one of ten siblings, Jenn values connection—both with her patients and her family. She finds the greatest reward in positively impacting patients' experiences, whether calming anxieties or celebrating successful treatments alongside her dental team.
Outside the office, Jenn enjoys Colorado's outdoors—hiking, camping, and exploring ghost towns with her sister. When not adventuring with her husband of 12 years and their two children, she can be found antiquing, reading, or adding to her nail polish and shoe collections.
