Gera, Office Manager
Gera brings over 22 years of experience to our team, all of which have been spent right here at Dedicated Dentistry! She started as a Dental Assistant where she first got to know our patients. She then moved into a Treatment Coordinator role when she started her family and was promoted to Office Manager in 2016. She still very much enjoys jumping in to assist when needed, but her favorite part of the day is catching up with patients while they wait for their appointments up front. Her mission is to ensure every patient has a great experience from check-in to check-out.
A Lakewood native, she has a son and daughter and an adorable dog named Blossom. She likes to spend her weekends shopping, going to concerts, barbecuing, and enjoying the outdoors.
Maddie, Treatment Coordinator
To Maddie, dentistry isn't just about teeth, but people! She loves the social aspect of her job, whether she's greeting new patients, catching up with returning ones, or laughing with coworkers. A Lakewood native, she graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science.
Maddie got married last summer and loves sharing her life with her husband and their two dogs, Lemon and Rooster. When she's not at the office, you'll find her outdoors — hiking, camping, lounging by the pool, or catching a concert. She has a passion for travel and exploring new places, including a memorable study abroad experience in Florence, Italy that has her eager to return to Europe soon!
Rochelle, Dental Hygienist
Rochelle brings impressive dental experience to the team, and she says the best part of her job is helping people maintain their health while giving them a confident smile. A born-and-raised Coloradan, she graduated from Bear Creek High School and attended Idaho State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene along with certifications in nitrous oxide and local anesthetic.
Rochelle wears a lot of hats outside the dental office. She is a proud mom of two sons, a licensed real estate broker-owner, and a die-hard Denver Broncos fan with season tickets to prove it. When she isn't cheering on the Broncos, you'll find her dancing, enjoying live music, hiking, or hitting the ski slopes.
Aimee, Dental Hygienist
Aimee joined Dedicated Dentistry bringing 35 years of dental experience to the team. Starting as a dental assistant in high school, she has worked across orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry before focusing on hygiene. She holds a Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene from Community College of Denver with certifications in local anesthesia, laser therapy, CPR, and radiology.
Originally from the Chicago area, Aimee is a proud fan of Chicago sports teams and loves helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling with her daughter and spending time with her two dachshunds, Roxy and Ruby. Her creative side comes out through crafting, cooking, and outdoor adventures and if you ask her colleagues, her shoe collection is truly something to behold!
Jenn, Expanded Duty Dental Assistant
Jenn is a graduate of Denver Dental Assisting School with X-Ray certification, and she specializes in general dentistry and Invisalign treatments, continuously expanding her expertise through continuing education in Invisalign protocols and crown staining techniques. She finds the greatest reward in positively impacting patients' experiences, whether calming anxieties or celebrating successful treatments right alongside the team.
A mom of two and a country music lover, Jenn brings a lot of personality and warmth to the office. She is an avid reader, a devoted nail enthusiast with an impressive polish collection, and a proud Barbie collector. As one of ten siblings, connection and family are at the heart of everything she does and that spirit comes through in every patient interaction.
